For environmental reasons it would be great if there was an option to ‘opt out’ of a medal

Great offer for free photos to download after the event. So often this is used as a secondary revenue but allowed for lots of race memories to be kept.

Needs to be more green. Plastic bottles were handed out with a mix of cartons. More cartons should have been given out. There were not enough bins which meant runners were throwing bottles in on the floor and these made their way into the environment (either river or bushes) this is not what I expect from a race. Spend more money on bins or cartons. Plastic bottles a big no no that close to the river

5th time I've run this and great to see it going from strength to strength

It was a lovely event but dissapointing that thye year there was not a finishers t-shirt given in the "goodies bag".

Good race and very well organised however feels a stretch to call it a 'Hampton Court' half marathon, you barely see it

Loads and loads of toilets, which really helps - too many races have far too few toilets, resulting in long queues and stress that you're not going to make the start. Really well organised - race number collection, bag drop-off, and bag pick-up all extremely efficient. Water stations at decent intervals. Marshals were great. Pacers were excellent, and being a flat course this race has good PB potential.

Loved the road finish. Please keep it that way.
The ribbon could be improved on the medal. thicker and branded would be nice.
